Purchase gems (virtual currency) to access creator communities
Send virtual gifts to creators
Message creators directly after joining their community
Access exclusive creator posts and media
3. Content Policy
Adult content is strictly prohibited on Fanfan. Any creator or user found posting, sharing, or soliciting adult content will be permanently banned.
Prohibited Content
Sexually explicit or adult content of any kind
Harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse
Spam or misleading content
Content that violates third-party intellectual property rights
Illegal content of any kind
Content involving minors in any inappropriate context
4. Gems & Payments
Gems are virtual currency used on the Platform. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
All gem purchases are final and non-refundable
Gems do not expire
Gems are non-transferable between accounts
Payments are processed securely by Stripe
We reserve the right to modify gem pricing at any time
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must:

Keep your password secure and confidential

6. Creator Responsibilities
Creators on Fanfan agree to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these terms, without prior notice. Users may also delete their accounts at any time by contacting support.
8. Limitation of Liability
Fanfan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
